This project showcases the vision and expertise of our client, a local real estate specialist who knows how to create beautiful and functional spaces. She came to us with the idea of converting a duplex into a single family home, and we were thrilled to collaborate with her and her team.

We designed an open concept floor plan that maximizes the natural light and creates a sense of spaciousness. The main floor features a cozy living room, a dining area, and a modern kitchen with a large island and plenty of storage. The second floor was reconfigured to accommodate three bedrooms, including a luxurious master suite with a walk-in closet and a spa-like bathroom.
