We love working on projects that challenge our creativity and showcase our expertise in adaptive reuse. That’s why we were excited when a soon to be retiree reached out to us for a unique project. He had a vision of turning an old cinderblock building in Overland Missouri into his home office.

The building had a history of its own. It used to be a popular spot for police officers who would hang out there after their shifts. The client wanted to transform this building into a comfortable and modern living space. He wanted to preserve some of the original features, such as the cinderblock walls but also add some new elements.

We worked closely with him to understand his needs, preferences, and budget. We came up with a design that met his expectations and complied with the local codes and regulations. We used high-quality materials and equipment to ensure the durability and efficiency of the building.
