Our firm collaborated with Sustainable Housing and Equitable Development (SHED), an organization that works to create affordable and environmentally friendly housing solutions, to design infill units for a neighborhood in University City Missouri. We created a contemporary style that blends well with the existing bungalows in the area, using sustainable materials and energy-efficient features. The project aims to revitalize the community and provide quality housing for low-income families. The project is expected to start construction in Spring 2024, with EMHarris as the General Contractor. This is one of our portfolio examples that showcases our expertise in urban infill design and our commitment to social and environmental justice.
